Summary0003053: Explicitly allow DKDM creation from the standalone KDM creator
Description

Of course you can create DKDMs from it but only by creating a fake "cinema", which is a bit weird. Maybe it should be possible to add distributors to the cinema list (without a screen) or maybe some separate list (notebook tab on the LHS pane, choosing "KDM" or "DKDM")?

That would assume that a distributor has only one KDM issuing system/certificate. While that may be the case, it can not be exclusively so.
Yet, allowing with a tick of a box (?) or specific tag on a "Cinema/Screen" tree (where cinema/screen, read distributor/system for authoring or KDM issuing) to create a DKDM instead of having to fill in the valid-until date, could be useful.
