Sorry I lost track of this thread! It's strange that Windows seems to be choosing that other libxmlsec1-openssl DLL.

Are you running dcpomatic2_cli.exe from the Program Files\DCP-o-matic 2\bin directory? If so, what does
display?

I need to read your post again and think about it some more, but my first impression is that the tweaks/fixes you suggest all make sense, and perhaps if they were all implemented your workflow would be OK...

That's odd - so you sent them dcpomatic_kdm_decryption_cert.pem that was in the ZIP you sent?

If so, it looks like they are making the KDM for the wrong key - I think they must be using one you sent previously, that they have kept?

It looks like you sent them the wrong certificate. Did you use the "Export KDM decryption leaf certificate" button in preferences?

The KDM is made for the signing certificate, not the KDM decryption one.

If Deluxe don't want to remake the KDM we could make it work, but it would ...

Can you describe the steps that you are taking before you get the "not encrypted" message?

Are you working with the DCP-o-matic project that you used to make the DCP in the first place?

The quickest way to fix this would be to select all the audio files in the content list (Shift+Click to select a range, or Ctrl+Click to add individual items to the selection) then change the gain in the audio tab - that will change the gains for all the content you selected at the same time.

There are a few different language specifications here and there, but it sounds like you maybe want to set the audio language?

If so, that's in the DCP -> Audio tab. Is that what you meant?
