Trouble with audio in 3D movie

HI. I converted a 3D SBS movie to DCP 3D. At the cinema you can see it perfectly in 3D but the audio is distorted as if it was accellerated in a strange way. The audio is in 5.1 on six channels. What could have happened? Thank you!

What frame rate was the original video and what version of DCP-o-matic are you using?
